About this trip
This week takes you through Madagascar's eastern rainforest, where the wildlife is the whole point of the journey. Over 7 days you have the chance to spot more than 13 lemur species, including the Indri indri, the island's largest lemur, known for its distinctive call, and the elusive nocturnal Aye-aye.
The route moves from the forests of Analamazaotra national park to the Palmarium reserve, before finishing with a boat trip along the Pangalanes Canal to Tamatave, Madagascar's economic capital.
