About this trip
Ten days across three countries, moving from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro with stops in Uruguay and at Iguazu Falls along the way. It's a route that mixes city life, ranch time and rainforest, finishing on the beach.
You start in Buenos Aires with its markets and mate culture, then head to a Uruguayan estancia for a couple of days of horse riding, home-cooked food and campfires. From there it's on to Iguazu Falls, seeing the cascades from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides, before ending in Rio with time on Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.
There's a local leader throughout and a small group with you, but the pace leaves room for independence — plenty of free time to explore or add on optional activities as you go.
