About this trip
Nine days across Morocco timed around the Geminids meteor shower, with the peak night spent out in the Sahara away from any light pollution. An expert local guide leads you from Marrakech through the south and up into the Imperial Cities, so you get both the desert spectacle and a proper run through the country's history.
The route takes you from Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate, then by camel into the dunes for the main event, before turning north to Fes, Meknes and Rabat. It is a full circuit, not just a stargazing add-on.
