About this trip

Eleven days across five Greek islands, moving through Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Santorini and Milos with two nights in each. Premium hotels and daily breakfast are included throughout, with ferries and transfers between islands sorted for you.

A handful of guided tours are built in — a semi-private tour of Santorini, a full day exploring Naxos, a full day on Milos, and a cruise out to Antiparos — but plenty of time is left free to find your own beach, wander villages or just watch the sunset.

It suits people who want the classic Cyclades hits without planning every ferry and hotel themselves, but who still want space to do their own thing each day.

What you'll do

  • Two nights each in Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Santorini and Milos
  • Semi-private guided tour of Santorini
  • Cruise out to Antiparos
  • Full-day guided tour of Naxos
  • Full-day guided tour of Milos
Good to know
  • You change island every two nights, so it's a steady pace despite being labelled easy
  • Guided tours cover the main sights, but much of the time is unstructured for beaches and villages
  • Ferry tickets, transfers and premium hotel stays with breakfast are all included

  1. Athens / Mykonos — Mykonos

Early start at 6am to get to Piraeus port for the ferry to Mykonos. You'll arrive on the island and be transferred to your hotel.

  2. Explore Mykonos town's backstreets with whitewashed houses and churches, then head to Matoyanni Street for boutiques and cafes. Grab coffee at Alefkandra (Little Venice) with its 18th-century colourful waterfront houses, and consider a trip to nearby Delos, the archaeological site said to be Apollo and Artemis's birthplace.

  3. Mykonos / Paros — Mykonos

Free time until your afternoon transfer to Mykonos port for the ferry to Paros. Settle into your hotel and spend the evening as you like.

  4. Eight-hour guided tour taking in Parikia (Hora), the island's capital built amphitheatrically around the port with typical Cycladic whitewashed cubic houses. See the windmill at the port entrance and visit the Church of Panagia Ekatontapiliani, one of Greece's best-preserved Paleo-Christian monuments.

  5. Paros / Naxos — Paros

Free beach day on Paros—choose from Chrissi Akti, Pounda, Kolympithres or Santa Maria. Mid-afternoon ferry to Naxos; you'll arrive and transfer to your hotel with the evening to yourself.

  6. Eight-hour island tour hitting Demeter's temple (530 BC) and its archaeological museum, then the pottery workshop and olive press in Damalas village. Continue to Chalki, a neoclassical village where you can walk the alleys, visit a traditional citron distillery and museum.

  7. Naxos / Santorini — Naxos

Free day to wander the old Venetian Castle in Naxos town, where Venetian mansions blend with Cycladic architecture. Evening ferry to Santorini; transfer to your hotel and relax.

  8. Six-hour guided tour covering the Monastery of Prophet Elias, Santorini's highest point, then the archaeological site of Akrotiri. Visit a traditional canava for wine tasting of three Santorini varieties, walk an ancient vineyard, then swim and eat meze-style lunch with tapas.

  9. Santorini / Milos — Milos

Free time until your evening transfer to Santorini port for the ferry to Milos. Arrive and head to your hotel, with the rest of the day at leisure.

  10. Ten-hour full-day boat cruise around Milos, the island where the Venus de Milos was discovered. Stop at Sarakino Beach, a distinctive rocky beach carved by Northern winds and waves, plus other impressive swimming spots and photo locations, with breakfast and lunch included.

  11. Transfer to Milos port and ferry back to Piraeus, arriving in Athens around midnight for transfer to your hotel.
