Worth it if you want genuine local insight and flexible guiding in underrated Albania. Think twice if driver comfort and accommodation consistency are non-negotiable.
- Guides like Olsi and Isuf go beyond facts: local food spots, raki in someone's home, adjusted schedules for weather and daylight.
- One group explicitly unhappy with driving quality and accommodation; operator received formal complaint, though others found hotels comfortable and clean.
- Isuf responded Friday afternoon, sorted amendments by Saturday, picked up Sunday; genuinely rare responsiveness for a two-person off-season booking.
- November visits miss the beach; daylight is short but guides work around it. Summer offers more, but crowds likely increase.
