About this trip
A short, private tour across three Balkan countries — Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia — packed into four days. It's less about depth in any one place and more about getting a feel for the region's mix of Ottoman, Byzantine and Orthodox layers, and how much they still shape daily life.
You'll move between old towns and historic centres, from Prizren's mosque-and-church-filled streets to Ohrid's steep lanes and lakeside setting, with a stop in Skopje's old bazaar district along the way.
It's fully guided and private, so the pace and focus can flex a little, but you're still covering a lot of ground — three countries in four days is a proper whistle-stop route.
What you'll do
- Wander Prizren's old town with its mix of mosques and churches
- See Skopje's Čaršija, the Stone Bridge and Kale Fortress
- Explore Ohrid's old quarter and castle ruins, a UNESCO site
- Walk the Ottoman-era streets of Berat, also UNESCO-listed
- Step inside a local house in Berat to try Turkish coffee and raki
- Private and fully guided, so it's just your group and a guide throughout
- Covers three countries in four days, so expect a fast-moving itinerary rather than long stays in one place
