About this trip
This ten-day route covers India's classic Golden Triangle, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, before heading north to the Ganges towns of Haridwar and Rishikesh. You get the big historical sights of northern India alongside a slower, more spiritual final stretch.
The first half is about cities, forts and palaces built up over centuries. The second half shifts pace entirely, trading monuments for riverside ritual and the yoga-town atmosphere of Rishikesh.
