About this trip
Four days in Rwanda built around two big wildlife encounters: tracking mountain gorillas and golden monkeys in Volcanoes National Park. This is a private trip, so it's just you (or your group) and your guide, with a schedule shaped around your pace rather than a fixed group.
Beyond the trekking, you spend time in Kigali getting a fuller picture of the country, from its history at the Genocide Memorial Center to everyday city life on a guided tour, plus a visit to a local Gorilla Guardian village.
It's a compact trip that pairs serious wildlife moments with some grounding in Rwanda's culture and past, rather than being wall-to-wall safari.
