You get a taste of Athens sightseeing before island-hopping onward, with time to settle into the slower pace of the Cyclades.

  1. ATHENS: THE CRADLE OF CIVILIZATION WITH A NIGHT WALKING TOUR — Athens

    Arrive in Athens and transfer to your hotel in an English-speaking driver's car. Meet with a trip representative in the afternoon for essential information and a rundown of the city's character, with time to ask questions before exploring on your own.

  2. FROM ATHENS TO MYKONOS - NAVIGATING AS ODYSSEUS — Mykonos

    Head to Piraeus port for a ferry crossing to Mykonos. Spend the journey on deck watching the Aegean unfold, then meet your English-speaking representative on arrival for hotel transfer and orientation to the island.

  3. Free day on Mykonos to explore beaches, shops and nightlife at your own pace. Optionally take a short ferry to Delos, the ancient island where Apollo and Artemis were born, or stay on the main island sampling Mediterranean seafood and fresh local produce.

  4. FROM MYKONOS TO MAGICAL SANTORINI — Santorini

    Eat breakfast then transfer to the port for a ferry to Santorini. Arrive to views of Fira's white clifftop houses overlooking the volcano, meet your representative, check into your hotel, and wander the narrow streets at your leisure.

  5. Free day to explore Santorini independently. Optionally take a sailboat tour around Santorini Caldera, visiting Nea and Palea Kameni islands and their hot springs, or spend time tasting local wine, tomato keftedes, fava dishes and Chloro cheese.

  6. Transfer to Santorini Airport for your return flight to Athens, timed to connect with international departures after 12:30 PM. Option to extend your stay in Santorini if desired.
