About this trip
Three days travelling between Cusco and Puno, taking in colonial churches, Inca ruins and the islands of Lake Titicaca along the way.
You stop at villages and sites en route rather than rushing straight between cities, then spend time out on the lake itself, visiting the floating Uros islands and Taquile.
A good option if you want the Cusco-Puno overland route to mean something, rather than just being a transfer.
What you'll do
- See the frescoed church of St Peter the Apostle in Andahuaylillas
- Explore the Temple of Wiracocha at Racchi, one of the largest Inca roof structures

- Spend time on Taquile Island
