About this trip
Sixteen days overland from Laos into Vietnam, starting in laid-back Vientiane and finishing in the buzz of Ho Chi Minh City. You move through a real contrast of paces — quiet riverside towns, temple culture, then the noise and energy of Vietnam's big cities.
Laos comes first, with time in Vang Vieng's limestone countryside and Luang Prabang, where monks and temples set a slower rhythm. Crossing into Vietnam, the tour picks up through Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi before ending in Ho Chi Minh City.
It's a fully guided group trip covering a lot of ground, so expect a mix of cultural sightseeing, some adventure activities, and plenty of travel days between stops.
