About this trip
This is the Inca Trail without the usual roughing it — four days on the classic route to Machu Picchu, but with porters carrying the load, chefs cooking your meals and a proper tent to sleep in each night.
You still get the real thing: mountain scenery, Inca ruins along the way, and that first walk in through the Sun Gate. But evenings are spent in wide-bed glamping tents rather than a two-man tent, with a massage to work out the day's climbing.
A good fit if you want the achievement of the trail without giving up comfort, and don't mind paying for it.

- Enter via Circuit 1 and Circuit 3 for different views of the site
- Gourmet lunch at Belmond Sanctuary Lodge
