About this trip
Three days out of Johannesburg covering some of the North-West province's best-known sites, from ancient human history to Big 5 game drives.
You start in Gauteng at the Cradle of Humankind, one of the world's richest fossil sites, before moving on to the Sun City Resort and then into Pilanesberg Game Reserve for wildlife.
It's a good option if you're short on time but want a mix of culture, resort downtime and safari without straying far from O.R. Tambo airport.
