About this trip
This is a hut-to-hut trek across the Julian Alps, walking from the eastern side of the range to the west along well-marked mountain trails. Expect green valleys, clear rivers and limestone peaks, with nights spent in mountain huts along the route.
It's self-guided, so you walk at your own pace with route notes to follow, and it's run as a private trip rather than joining a set group.
The route takes in some of the most scenic sections of the range, built around a crossing that's been walked by hundreds of hikers since the tour was first put together.
