About this trip
Three days in southwestern Uganda built around one thing: tracking mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Your ground team handles the tracking permits and logistics, so you can focus on the trek itself.
You'll drive through the terraced Kigezi highlands by 4x4 and stay at an eco-lodge on the edge of the park before heading into the forest with armed national park rangers, who track gorilla families through dense, steep terrain until you find them.
It's a short, focused trip rather than a full safari circuit — the gorilla encounter is the centrepiece, with everything else arranged around getting you there and back smoothly.
