Annapurna Circuit Trek

This 15 day trek circles the Annapurna range in Nepal, crossing the Thorong La Pass at 5416 metres and passing through some of the most varied landscapes in the Himalayas, from subtropical forest to high alpine terrain.

You walk through rhododendron and oak forests, past the Kali Gandaki Gorge and small villages where trekking lodges provide meals and a bed most nights, with Sherpa Expedition Teams handling permits and logistics along the way.

It's a proper mountain trek rather than a stroll — long days on foot with a real altitude crossing — but the reward is constant views of 8000 metre peaks and a chance to see a part of Nepal that's still shaped by the people who live there.
