About this trip

Fifteen days across three countries, from Bangkok's temples and royal sites through Laos to Vietnam's coast and countryside. It's a private tour, so the pace and itinerary are shaped around your group rather than a fixed departure.

Expect a mix of city sightseeing, a Mekong sunset cruise, mountain scenery around Vang Vieng, and the karst landscapes of Ha Long Bay, finishing among the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An.

This is a broad introduction to Indochina rather than a deep dive into any one place, built around culture, food, and landscape in roughly equal measure.

What you'll do

  • Visit Bangkok's temples and royal landmarks
  • Cruise the Mekong River at sunset
  • Take in the mountain scenery around Vang Vieng
  • See the limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay
  • Wander the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An
  • Try local dishes and traditions along the way
Good to know
  • Private tour, so timings and pace can be adjusted for your group
  • Covers three countries in 15 days, so you'll be changing location frequently
  • Partially guided, with some sections run independently
