About this trip
An 8-day drive across Romania and into Serbia, with a dedicated tour leader and car for your group rather than a big coach party. You move at a steady pace from Bucharest through Transylvania before crossing the border to finish in Belgrade.
Along the way you take in Bran's castle, Brașov's old town and the medieval streets of Sighișoara, then swap Romania's hills for Novi Sad and Belgrade on the Serbian side.
It's a history-and-culture route rather than a beach or hiking one, built around towns, castles and old streets, with a small-group or semi-private setup that keeps things flexible.
